  1. Can I track the progress of my order?
    Yes! Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive regular email updates regarding the status of your artwork. This includes an order confirmation, updates on the progress of your artwork, and a tracking number, so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

  2. Do you offer international shipping?
    Currently, we offer free shipping only within the USA and Canada. For orders outside these regions, please contact us directly for a shipping quote.

  3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    Once your order has been processed, please allow 7-10 business days for production and preparation of your artwork. After shipping, delivery typically takes between 5-7 business days depending on your location within the USA or Canada. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, so you can keep an eye on the delivery timeline.

  4. Is there an additional cost for shipping?
    We are happy to offer free shipping for all orders within the USA and Canada. There are no hidden fees or additional charges for delivery within these regions.

  5. What shipping carriers do you use?
    We use trusted shipping carriers like Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx for reliable and timely delivery. The specific carrier will be assigned based on your location and the size of your order.

  6. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
    If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@786canvas.com. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will make the change. Once the order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be modified.

  7. What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?
    If your package is delayed or you suspect it’s lost, please contact us at info@786canvas.com right away. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.

  8. Do you ship to PO boxes?
    We generally recommend shipping to a physical address for the most reliable delivery. However, if you would like to ship to a PO box, please contact us in advance to confirm whether we can fulfill your order using a shipping carrier that delivers to PO boxes.

  9. Do you offer expedited shipping?
    Currently, we only offer standard shipping. If you need expedited shipping, please reach out to us prior to placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
